S-Race produce their own paper, which means they have complete control over base paper properties, such as curl, wet-cockling and air permeability.

This ensures consistent quality when it comes to using the curtain coating technology to apply the microporous colour receiver layer onto the base paper.

This technique ensures an even coating layer when compared to coatings applied using a traditional rod technique.

S-Race also uses an innovative microporous coating that absorbs the ink and allows it to sublimate onto the blank product with clear line sharpness, unlike other coatings that use swell technology which holds the ink on the surface of the paper and can lead to image bleeding and longer drying times.
